For clothing, the most important measurement is the chest circumference (measured behind the front legs at the widest part of the chest). For overalls, in addition to chest and neck circumference, the back length measurement is important (measured from the collar to the tail base).

After measuring, compare the results with the values in the size chart located under each product. If the measurements are at the upper limit of a size, choose a larger size. Harnesses and clothing should not constrict your pet, as they will become reluctant to wear them.

All products are measured manually, with a tailor's tape, laid flat, without stretching. We allow for a margin of error of +/- 2 cm. If your pet is an "unusual" size, contact us - we will be happy to help you choose the perfect outfit.

We do not process exchanges. The quickest way to get the correct product is to return the unsuitable item and place a new, separate order for the right size. This way, the correct garment will be reserved for you in the system, and we will ship it immediately, without waiting for the return package to arrive.

We will refund your money using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 days of receiving your returned package.

Please note: We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) shipments or shipments sent to a parcel locker near our warehouse.

If the ordered product does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date. The returned item must not show any signs of use (it should only have been tried on) and should be thoroughly cleaned of pet hair.

You can send the package back by any method, but it must reach our warehouse at ul. Lontowa 2, 94-312 Łódź. We also offer quick returns via InPost parcel lockers – the cost of the service is PLN 12.90.

Please note: we do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery or shipments sent to a parcel locker near our warehouse.

Please make thoughtful purchases. The right to return within 14 days applies only to consumer sales (individuals). We do not accept returns of goods purchased by businesses (with a VAT invoice).

Refunds for returned goods are issued no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the package. If for any reason the refund is delayed, we will inform you.

We generally try to process refunds as quickly as possible. During the autumn-winter period, this timeframe may extend to the full 14 days, as our priority is cold individuals awaiting their clothes.

Orders placed on a given day after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day. During the autumn-winter period, due to the volume of orders, we are sometimes unable to dispatch packages on the same day. If you require faster processing, please contact us by phone.

We do not process shipments on weekends. Packages ordered on Friday evening will be shipped on Monday morning. The earliest they will reach you is Tuesday – everything depends on the selected carrier and payment method.

InPost Courier and Paczkomat (parcel lockers) deliver within 1-2 business days. This applies to orders paid by instant transfer or cash on delivery. For standard bank transfers, you must allow for the time it takes for the payment to be credited to our account (usually 1 day, maximum 2 business days).

Check your email's spam folder. The order confirmation email is sent automatically, which is why it can sometimes end up there.

Available delivery methods: InPost Paczkomat, InPost Courier, and DPD. Standard delivery time is 1-2 business days from the moment the package is dispatched.

If the package has not yet been handed over to the courier, we can easily make corrections or cancel the order. In such a situation, act quickly - it's best to call us at 733 88 99 88 or send an urgent email with the order number in the subject line. We will try to stop the package in the warehouse!

We do not have a brick-and-mortar store – we primarily conduct online sales. However, if you wish to visit us, we will host you like nowhere else.

Most of our garments are best machine washed at 30°C on a delicate cycle, using mild detergents. Avoid strong spinning and tumble drying. Before putting into the washing machine, it is advisable to turn the garment inside out and fasten all Velcro fasteners or zippers.

In our assortment, you will find cuts designed for dogs of various breeds, which is why with each product you will find an appropriate size chart for it. Some of our jackets or sweaters have a specially designed cut-out on the back. Some products, however, have ready-made, sewn-in fastenings to which you can attach a leash directly. You will find information about this in the description of the given product and in the photo of that model,

Don't worry, it's completely natural! Give your pet time: first, let them sniff the new outfit at home and reward them with treats so they associate it with something positive. Then, put it on for just 2-3 minutes during playtime. The key is to distract the dog with their favorite treats. After a few such home trials, a walk in the new outfit will be pure pleasure!
