Welcome to Pantuti! We want shopping at our store to be simple, safe, and enjoyable. Below you will find the most important information regarding placing orders, payments, delivery, returns, and contacting our team.

How to place an order?

  1. Select products available on pantuti.pl.
  2. Choose the appropriate size, color, or product variant.
  3. Add products to your cart.
  4. Proceed to checkout and enter your delivery details.
  5. Choose your payment and delivery method.
  6. Confirm your order and await an email confirmation.

After successfully placing an order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.

Order fulfillment

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually processed on the same business day.

During periods of increased order volume, fulfillment times may be extended.

Delivery

We cooperate with trusted courier companies to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Standard delivery time within Poland is 1 to 3 business days.

Order tracking

You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status of your parcel in real time.

Returns and exchanges

The customer has the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

The returned product must be unused, in its original condition, and have its original packaging.

Please contact our team before making a return or exchange.

Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the shipment.

To expedite the complaint process, please provide your order number and photos of the issue.
